We have been in business since 1997. Pothys, Textile Showroom, built in 1998, was our initial notable project. The client entrusted our ability to manage a multi-story structure that was approximately 50000 square feet in size and was one of the first high-rise buildings in Nageswara Rao Road. This eight - storey building was then expanded in 2005, (Phase II).  Pothys, a 70000-square-foot structure is  what you're seeing now in T Nagar. We also installed parking facilities on the top floor in the year 2005.

In 2003, a 6000-square-foot retail complex was built in Theradi Theru, Thiruvallur.

In 2007, we constructed a textile showroom for the popular apparel brand Van Heusen on Dr.Radhakrishnan Road in Mylapore.

Then, in 2011, we erected a textile store in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, for our valued client, "Pothys". The structure includes a double basement, G + 3 floors, and a total area of 60000 sq. ft.

In 2014, we accomplished our largest ever project by constructing a textile retail outlet for "Pachaiyappa Silks" in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. It was the largest structure we had ever built. With 1.5 lakh square feet and two basements, G + 9, the structure continues to be a source of great pride for our MS family.

In 2016, a small complex called "Corner Stone" was built in Velachery. Previously to Corner Stone, we constructed "Pothys Hyper" , a subsidiary of the brand "Pothys" . In 2015 in North Usman Road T Nagar with 45,000 sq. ft., and the complex is standing with  B + G + 7 floors. The time span to build this structure was just 3 months. Yet we completed it gracefully.
