       M S , preferred for Majestic Structures, has completed over 48 renovations in and around Tamilnadu. The scope of a building renovation project can vary greatly depending on the needs of the building and the budget available. Generally speaking, such projects involve modernizing the interior of a building and making it more energy efficient.

 

       This can involve anything from replacing windows and doors, to installing new insulation and air-sealing, to upgrading electrical and plumbing systems. Other upgrades may include updating finishes and fixtures, installing new flooring and carpets, or adding new, energy-efficient HVAC systems. In some cases, entire walls and ceilings may need to be replaced or renovated.
